First let me say I am a new bee who
loves Ubuntu (I am a MS Certified Profession who has retired). I have 43
Mickeysoft PCs in the house and my production box is using Ubuntu
Release 7.10 (gutsy), Kernel Linux 2.6.22-generic, Gnome 2.20.1. It is
running on an older PC (757.4MB, AMD Athlon(tm) Processor.
Now with that out of the way, here is the question. I have bent able to
use gnome-pilot and can sync with Evolution for addresses, tasks,
calendar etc. What I have not been able to figure out is how to sync
files? I would like to copy text files and the like to the Palm but
where do put them so they are transferred?
In the scheme of things I guess this is not a show stopper but it would
be nice.
