help with java plugin

I needed to remove java from my c: drive and reinstall on my local g: drive so
installed JRE 1.4 from the Sun One pack...i understand that the java plugin is
included with that, but when trying to run an applet, the plugin is still
looking
for files on c: even though i did a full uninstall.

Did you un-install both the JDK and also the JRE when
you did a unintsall.

Check also your registry key with respect to your
version number.
