exe file(made by visual cafe) does't work (dll file not found error)

I converted java class into exe file by visual cafe(symantec 2.1). It works fine
on my own computer but it does not work on other computers.What is wrong with
it??

why do u want to convert java  program into .exe, platform
independency is the basic feature that attracts ppl, anyway, borland
jbuilder 7 has the featre to build the project as native executable
not only for windows but for linux and solaris also, but even then
the JVM is required to run that native executable.
