Design for J2EE

Do you people know any documents about designing projects for J2EE?
I have designed a project in Rational Rose with UML and created the
class diagram, but now that it's gonna be implemented in J2EE
framework I don't know how to specify the relationship between
classes (which will be session beans and entity beans).
