I have a problem starting a Java program, what I
need to do is to produce a summary or report of the usages of
internet when accessing an 'official website', the scenario is this
we have this line with a specific i.p. address, which is 203.x.x.x
everytime he/she uses the internet, bytes received and sent are
counted, so if he/she happens to access the 'official webpage of our
office' we can calculate the number of bytes received and sent by
that specific user thru his username. And during the month end where
the bill is sent to us, we can know how many bytes were used and thus
we can deduct the number of bytes he used officially. To make it
short, it is some way of auditing the usage of the said line
officially and personally.
