Passing ISA Server

I have a problem in passing ISA SERVER 2004 in java and I think it can't authenticate java-base connections. could you give me any suggestions? Does it need any special settings?

I can suggest two solutions, thought they are not the only possible ways.

1. Indirect. Use NTLMPS. http://ntlmaps.sourceforge.net/
2. Direct. Use JCIFS for NTLM Level 3 Authentication.
