Override the limitations of 254 char per cell

Anybody knows how to override the limitations of 254 characters in
every cell of Excel spreadsheets.

The limitation applies to some procedures for putting info into excel cells.
The cells can contain far more than 254 chars.

It depends on what you are trying to do. If you try to copy a worksheet with
more than 256 chars in a cell  it will only copy the first 256 cells. To
overcome this you select all the cells in the source spreadsheet, copy them,
and paste into the target spreadsheet.

You'll need to be more specific. I can create a string of up to
32,767 characters and put it into a cell. For example:

=REPT("1",32767)
