i want to save java APIs in my coputer so i can use them while i offline.
where can i download them and how can i use them.

go to java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.1/docs/api

Java api can only be used after downloading, I think you are talking about API
documentation, if this is the case then go to http://java.sun.com and download
API documentation from there.
