finding unique values

Has anyone written a VBA the will take a list and display the a list
of each value only once. The nested formula a developed works but it
takesup all of the cpu each time it recalculates. My list was about
40,000 value and the reduced list was about 11,000.

Rather than VBA, I always use filtering to do this, just selecting
unique values  as output. It's pretty quick.
