Creating Courseware

can i used the J2SDK in creating a
Courseware Software, or the J2EE. This is for my Thesis in our
school, i'm a little confused, it said that it must be on the
Internet or in Web Browser to access. can i standalone the
courseware and run only in the desktop.

You should ask the people who are guiding your thesis and not a bunch of
people on the internet.

Provide some specific requirements of your thesis, only then someone could help
you. However from the abstract, your project could be done using Java.
