I want to link the text in comment to a particular cell.

For example, in A1, I insert a comment but the text is linked to cell Z1,
instead of manual type in the comment in comment box.

Is it possible?

Do I make any sense or confuse the hell of everyone?

Yeah, It is possible. Use following code..

With Range("A1")
.AddComment Range("Z1").Text
End With
