Changing Time to CST

I have a column having some other time zone I want to convert it into Central
Time Zone fo USA. ie. GMT -6:00 Central Time US & Cananda. I have time
like

10:30 PM
10:00 PM
etc.

Just add or subtract the required number of hours. Hours need to be divided
by 24 before they are added to or subtracted from dates.
