2007 Excel VBA - (Custom Command Bar to be Displayed) ?

When having a Custom Command Bar to be displayed.
Does anybody know how to select the AddIn Tab, so that the
"Custom Command Bar" is displayed upon loading the 2007 Excel Application.
Please let us know how to do this.
