Hello! I'm studying engineering and unfortunately IT is in the program too. I have 2 tasks to do in C and I'm looking for some help

1. Make a program in C that calculates the average of numbers superior than -5 in a table of one-dimensional reals

2.Made a program in c which performs the reading from the keyboard of two integers m =M and n =N(which determine the size of a matrix A[M,N) ,M=10 ;N= 8) and the integer elements of the matrix. The program must do the following actions: Sort the numbers of each row in descending order, count the number of digits 2 in each line .
