This article explains about groupadd command with an example in unix.
groupadd command is used to add a new group to the system in unix.
Syntax of groupadd Command
groupadd [-g gid] grpup
Example of groupadd Command
Example 1 : Add the group example to etc/group file with the group iDD 10
groupadd - g 10 example
